Shola Agboola has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Manitoba, where he graduated with Distinction. He has published many academic and policy papers on Immigration, Women’s Rights, Social Justice and Political Participation. Shola has worked with the Government of Manitoba’s Corrections Division for over 14 years. Former Ministers Vic Toews and Jason Kenney have called upon Shola to review policies to ensure they align with our Manitoban communities because of his educational background and experience.
Shola’s motivation to run for office is his love for Canada. Shola believes Canada has given him and his family so much for which they are grateful. Shola feels a deep obligation to give back to a society that has given hope and opportunities to so many like him. He wants to ensure that new generations of Canadians have the same opportunities and quality of life that he has enjoyed.
Shola is excited and humbled by the trust and confidence placed in him to be the Conservative Party of Canada candidate for the people of Saint Boniface – Saint Vital. As a proud family man who lives in the riding with his wife and three children, Shola believes in our two official languages and is ready to fight for you and your family’s future.
